Welcome to the new Talking Justice discussion boards.  This forum is called Freedom of Expression.  We have brought over from the old Justice Talking discussion board system all the posts related to the First Amendment guarantees of free speech and the Press and reposted them here.  If you had an account in the old system, it has been brought over as well.

If you had a username in the old system, that username has been brought over.  If you were an anonymous user in the old system, a spontaneous username was generated for you (e.g.: Guest 349), as anonymous posting is no longer supported.  You can use your email address to log in and access your profile to change username, password, etc.

We like our new system.  We hope that you will, too.
