The Help America Vote Act - HAVA was passed in 2002. In the years since we have seen little progress when we actually go to vote.
It is time to remember ALL citizens have the right to be able to enter a voting booth, reach and operate the machine, and have a means to read the data. This may include the use of sound or Braille.
