Justice Talking About All Blogs Today's Blog Forums

Welcome to the Talking Justice blogs and discussion forums. We invite you to get on your soapbox and join the conversation about the tough, provocative issues you care about.   From the war on drugs to the war on terror, the right to vote to the right to pray — share your views.

Justice Talking, the NPR program about law and American life, is a production of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania.  It is distributed worldwide by NPR. Please note that, like all of the content on the Justice Talking radio show, the views expressed on these blogs and discussion boards belong solely to the person or organization posting them and do not reflect the views or opinions of the Annenberg Public Policy Center, the University of Pennsylvania, or NPR.

Talking Justice has two sections: the Talking Justice Blogs and Discussion Forums.
You must register in order to post or reply to messages and to comment on blog posts on Talking Justice. Join from the menu at the top right of this page.

The Talking Justice Blogs include commentaries from a host of distinguished contributors who care passionately about law and justice issues.  There you can also find postings from some of the best legal blogs, websites and newspapers: FindLaw.com, the National Law Journal and JURIST.  To read and respond to the Talking Justice Blogs, click the Blogs button in the menubar above or click here.

The thirteen thematically grouped Discussion Forums cover topics discussed on the Justice Talking radio show.  It’s the place to give your thoughts on the issues and to tell us your ideas for new shows, what we got right and what we missed in the current ones. To access the Talking Justice Forums, click the Forums button in the menubar above or click here.

Please note that the Talking Justice blogs and discussion forums are not moderated.  We encourage a vigorous debate on the issues from all points along the political spectrum.  However, we ask that you stay to the topic of the particular forum and that the debate remain civil.  Profanity, spam and personal attacks on the program host or guests, contributors or other Talking Justice users will not be tolerated and are subject to deletion without notice.  Moreover, any comment which is patently offensive, threatening or potentially libelous will be removed without notice.  Persons who repeatedly attempt to post material that violates the site policies may, at the discretion of Justice Talking, be blocked from participating in the future. Justice Talking, not the individual bloggers on this site, will make all decisions about whether comments to the blogs contained here should be edited or removed and whether individuals who violate our policies will be allowed to continue to post.
